Southern comfort meets Indian spice at this Texas/Indian fusion restaurant.  The mix of seasonings was unexpected but really complimented the dishes.  We also enjoyed the unique drink selection.

Looking for that perfect summer drink and fusion food? Here it is, at Cowboys & Indians! The fusion of Texan style food plus Indian food is unique and the flavors are amazing. I tried their Mumbai Taco with butter chicken on a buttery naan, the Chicken Fried Steak with masala gravy, as well as their Indian Pizza, which was packed with flavor. Washed it down with their Bayou Sangria (fun, sweet, fruity) & the Hidden Lotus (floral, inviting). Great drinks & food to try! #SummerStarterPack #Drinks
