The attention to detail that craft puts into their dishes is AMAZING. Their hand crafted cocktails are all so fun, unique, and smooth. We were impressed by their house made jalapeño tequila & bitters. If we could only order one item again and again, it would have to be the brisket loaded fries!

Craft Smoke and Fire really hits the mark with their birria short rib taco, blending traditional BBQ smokiness with that classic, rich Mexican flair. The short rib was incredibly tender and pulled apart effortlessly, soaking up all the savory goodness from the consommé which had just the right amount of depth. It’s a messy, flavor-packed experience that feels like a massive upgrade from your standard street taco.
