Cris and John had a food baby! It’s a mix between Vietnamese Street Food & Mexican. This is a great spot for a group of 2 or more, because their platters are very filling. They also have options, for my vegan peeps. 

My higlights were:
✔️Pho Birria dipping sauce, it was packed with flavor.
✔️ Vietnamese Fries were tasty 
✔️ Try their lemonades, they have several flavor options… Trust me!

I got the birria and phoritto platter, which came with birria tacos, fries, two different flavors of wings and the phorrito. The birria tacos were really good. The phorrito was not bad, but i definitely prefer my pho in soup. We also got the dry noodles with short rib. The noodles were really good, but the sjort rib was disappointing. Next tome, I want to try the angry platter, which has actualy pho. The place is pretty tiny, so not great for big groups. Line was super long on a Friday night.

@crisandjohnvs has been a Dallas favorite and the perfect fusion of Vietnamese and Mexican cooking. They have so many great meals to enjoy or share with family and friends — literally plenty to choose from and they have weekly specials you always look forward to! All I can say is that I just love every bite on the birria bao buns, totally my favorite of their unique tasty creations. I always get the pho burrito but had the pho quesadilla this time which is as good as well!

We have been wanting to try Cris and Johns for quite some time to try their Pho Burrito! We decided to go for their Takeout Tuesday Special which features a Phorrito with your protein of choice, 2 Eggrolls, and a drink. We went with Beef and Tofi on the Phorrito & I actually liked the tofu a little bit more. Overall it was delicious, the noodles had a little bit of Pho flavor to them. I don’t know how to explain it but I LOVED the tortilla they used.

Get there early because they get busy fast but they are super efficient!
