Authentic Peruvian Cuisine, delicious food!

Lomo Saltado is a traditional Peruvian dish with tender strips of filet mignon stir fried with their lomo sauce, red onions, tomatoes, green onions, & garnished with cilantro. Served with jasmine white rice & crispy french fries.  🇵🇪🤤🥩🍚🍟

This fusion of Chinese and Peruvian cuisine is a definite MUST-TRY in the OC!

That’s fresh spaghetti tossed in Peruvian style spinach & basil pesto cream sauce with Steak! If you haven’t tried Peruvian dishes, this is a good place to start! Hubs liked his Lomo Saltado too

Peruvian Empanadas in the OC!!

Made in house and baked to order!! Packed with filling. So flavorful! Absolutely delicious!! 

My favorites are the Beef and Lomo Saltado!!
