I love chicken tenders. Good thing this restaurant puts such an interesting spin on chicken tenders the way they have different spice levels to choose from. This is their medium heat tender, and I feel like that’s the perfect spice level for tenders this juicy. I have to recommend.

Daves is always a good idea! This is my favorite halal chain restaurant. The chicken is always hot, juicy and crispy! I love the hip vibe and decor and they're open late; what's not to love? This Dave's even has a drive through, although I wouldn't recommend it since it's not "fast" food. I'd recommend order online and picking it up since they are making the chicken to order. Also, don't forget to check in on Yelp or Google for a free shake!

Do you dare try the reaper spice level at Daves?! Honestly, I didn't like it. Tastes like a spoonful of powdery cayenne pepper. Aside from it being too spicy, the taste of pure powder seasoning overpowered the chicken! I do love me some fried chicken, but I'll stick to medium. I'd like to taste the actual food I'm eating. 🤣

Dave's NOT chicken sandwich. It's only available at a few locations, and it's vegetarian, but not vegan. The patty is Cauliflower, and it's very juicy, but too mushy in my opinion. Taste was great, though!

1/4/26 for 1/3/26 Dave's Hot Chicken Ontario, CA... My daughter and I came here for a celebration after the Ontario Reign beat the CV Firebirds last night! We got two light mild spice chicken meals. As the sides, she got Mac n cheese and I had the fries. To drink, we split a large Coke and also an oreo chocolate shake. All was so good. Love the Dave's sauce, honey packets, and pickles they give us as well. A cool place to eat a quick comfort food meal!

I love being able to choose the spice level. I’m a big fan of the saucy mac & cheese. Pickles!!!! The dipping sauce is good as well.
