I went with my family for a late lunch. We ate family style, and the portions were very large, filling, and perfect for sharing. Personally I found each dish too rich on their own, so going with a group to share was ideal for variety.

dawa kitchen is known for their giant katsu! their curry and katsu is so delicious but my favorite is the bibimbap! the portions are massive here and perfect for sharing!

This place usually packed and with very long wait but not tonight. The katsu is pretty good. It is huge! The Bulgogi is good but portion is a little small for takeout.

This was my first time visiting Dawa and I have to say the sizes of each dish we're GINORMOUS! I am so lucky that I came with a group of friends because I woud not have been able to finish any of the portions that were served to us. The chicken katsu was very crispy and juicy. I appreciated how they flatted the meat to enhance the crispiness of the meat.
