Located right in the heart of Virginia Highlands lies Delbar! Super swanky Middle Eastern restaurant. Knowledgeable servers, perfectly crafted cocktails, authetic, rich, flavorful dishes! We ordered everything to get a feel

Delbar was highly recommended so many times that a visit was a must. From the get go, the natural tones of the beautiful decor transported us to the middle eastern countryside. Service was impeccable and the portions were perfect for a group, so def bring people. The highlight was of the evening was the huge portion of rice.
