Las Colinas has a fancy Denny’s diner. It was pretty crowded on a Sunday morning. I got the philly cheesesteak omelette, which was quite tasty. The eggs were really fluffy and there was plenty of cheese in the omelet. Meat was soft. It came with fluffy pancakes and hashbrowns as well. Also got to try the pancake puppies, which tasted a lot like funnel cake.
