I was walking around times square and stumble upon this place called Dim Sum Sam so i went in and looked at their menu. I was craving and missing authentic chinese food—BBQ roast pork over rice. It came with egg, choy, radish. Dined in alone and got to pick my own sauces in the back. Quick and lovely cashier lady. Im so happy i found this in midtown. It will be my newest secret 😉

Fast casual option in the Times Square area for roast dishes and dimsum. Prices are a little higher compared to other places elsewhere due to the location.

There's a spacious dining room in the back, which is spare but clean. Wouldn't necessarily linger but it's a pleasant atmosphere.

Roast pork rice bowl for $14 in times square is worth it. Seats in the back and comfortable. 5mins wait for my food but at least it was hot! Love it
