Just an OG place! Used to go here as a kid and food quality is the exact same. Customer service got way better though! Cash only! A bit pricey now but still delicious!

The Hainan Chicken at Dong Nguyen is very good.
The rice is not oily; infused in seasoned chicken broth. They use bone-in chicken that's tender for their chicken rice version- it's delicious. A simple dish not fancy; but so tasty when done right. I think this place is better than Savoy.

This mom and pop shop has been here for the longest I can remember! I like their hainam chicken and the  fillet minion with tomato fried rice
