Why get one pasta when you can get 3!? Made another visit to Dorsia where I think it was even more delicious than the last time I went. The flights make it even better, because you can try several different flavor options. We split a flight of 3 and we still had leftovers!

The best kind of pasta dish is one that has multiple differenr pastas on it!!! Dorsia is popular for their pasta flights, where you can choose 2-4 different pasta options for your dish. My favorite was probably the cajun pasta. Burrata bruchetta appetizer was also soo good.
