This matcha chiffon cake is such a treat if you’re lucky enough to get a slice before they sell out. I loved the textures and colors. The flavor of matcha was very strong to the point the bitterness overtook a bit, they could have used less matcha powder and it would have been perfect. I’ve used the mizuba daily match and like it a lot but the one they used, the mizuba Yama matcha, either isn’t very good or they just used water that was too hot as it is kinda bitter.
