Finally tried Dubu Gongbang and loved it! The fried soy balls with mozzarella were crispy and cheesy—you get a great cheese pull when they’re hot. The black sesame tofu with kimchi was tasty, and the kimchi squid jeon was my favorite, especially if you like kimchi. The grilled eel and oyster rice bowls were delicious, and upgrading the tofu soup was definitely worth it. You can also choose to upgrade your rice with mushroom or seaweed instead of plain white, which is a nice bonus.
