Great service! Did the all you can eat and it was delicious. Not the best dumplings I had but good bang for your buck and you can get noodles, and ribs. 
The dumplings menu is a little limited, not too many options but still happy!

everything was served so fresh !! super juicy soup dumplings paired with the perfect side dishes :) my personal favorite were the chocolate xlb. it was the best way to end our meal. definitely give this place a try if you're in the area this summer

Crispy Pork Chop / Scallion Oil Noodles
(炸猪排葱油拌面)

Jasmine tea came in a single glass instead of a kettle, with one ramekin of sugar and no spoon.
It’s the day before Christmas Eve and there was only one waiter — clearly understaffed and stretched thin.

That said, the food absolutely delivered.
The pork chop was crispy, the noodles were fragrant with scallion oil, and the presentation matched the flavor.
Overall, really good — taste and presentation definitely line up.

We love Dumpling Bar for all their dumpling options! Their pan fried XLB are surprisingly juicy, even with the crispy bottoms! Their beef dumplings are also just as juicy, but nothing beats the xiao long bao’s!

This place is a bit pricey, located in a nice mall. The flavor isn't my favorite, but I appreciate how clean the environment is and how polite the servers are.
