Cant express this enough, but this place is THE go to for dumplings in the IE area! What a truly hidden gem and it should not be compared to DTF (ding tai fung) because it has a vibe of its own. Showing culture through food and also adding a twist to meet the market needs and wants. Food is juicy and good dumplings, noodles have a slight chewy feel, and the sauces ties everything all together!
