Checked out E Mei with my coworkers during my work trip last week and ooof it did not disappoint 😮‍💨

E Mei serves up authentic Szechuan (Sichuan) style cuisine with their hardcore heat and bold flavors. The intestines were perfectly cooked and packed so much delicious flavor, I left with my lips tingling from the Sichuan peppercorns (in the best way possible) 🥵
