My favorite and only place to find Pandan Bubble Tea. This time without the bubbles. It is so good we have to drive 1hr upstate for it. Got hungry so we tried the shrimp tempura rice ball sandwich for $10. Total spending 23$ snack for 2. Can sit, study. Lots of students come in and out! #asian #bbt #pandan
