An unforgettable evening at Edelweiss Restaurant in Norridge! We kicked off with a stunning sunset, indulged in a warm German pretzel, cheesy spätzle, and the delicious Tages Suppe. The Edelburger was a highlight, and I wrapped it all up with a refreshing beer flight of light beers. To top it off, we enjoyed live music and I even got to try my hand at playing an Alpine horn!
