huge rooftop patio + frozen drinks+ crab rangoon empanadas?! Sign me up! Eight Row Flint (the East End location) has the perfect vibes! Good food (you HAVE to get the empanadas and guac), the painkiller frozen 👌🏾 and the patio is perfect for chilling and enjoying the views
