El Ataron is an amazing unassuming hole in the wall spot for Tacos and Tortas. Justin’s favorite is the Pambazo, which comes filled with spicy chorizo and pitsties ans drenched in a red sauce.

However, this time I went for thr Torta Pachuqueña, and boy am I glad I did. This massive torta comes comes with delicious fried breaded beef, ham, and cheese topped off with tomato, onion, avocado, jalapeños, refried beans, mayo, and white cheese.
