If you didn’t know Peruvian Cuisine has strong Asian Roots. They have our own take on Fried Rice which we ordered called Chaufa Especial a Peruvian Fried Rice mixed with chicken, beef, shrimp, eggs and topped with Scallions. It was delicious and you cannot forget their special Peruvian green sauce !
