Palm Springs eats you NEED to try 🌴🔥

Went to El Patron during our Spring Break trip and started with a margarita flight (so fun 🤍🍹) then went all in… wings, beer battered shrimp, steak fajitas, and ceviche 😮‍🔥 everything was SO good

And we couldn’t leave without dessert… churros + flan to finish it off perfectly 🤤✨

This restaurant has a fun, upbeat ambiance that immediately sets the tone. From the tacos and burritos to the tequila, everything hits. The food is well-packed—nothing skimpy here. You have to try the sweet potato fries: they’re thick, perfectly cooked, and super satisfying. The burritos and quesadillas are generously stuffed, and the burrito bowl is filled all the way to the top.
