Stopped by El Pollo Loco and ordered the Double Chicken Bowl—flavorful and filling with plenty of fire‑grilled chicken—but they messed up my order, and I had to drive 15 minutes back to get it fixed, which wasn’t ideal; I filed a complaint and, to their credit, they did remediate the issue, though the extra time and hassle definitely took away from the overall experience

Employees are fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and the salsa is great! Will be coming back to this location again. Great value for the amount of food received.
