Authentic. Bold. Egyptian 🇪🇬. 
Take your taste buds on a trip to 🐫 Cairo without leaving Houston🌴. There were so many great dishes that made a festival of flavors!Here's what we tried on this visit:
🍆PICKLED EGGPLANT (tangy & refreshing)
🥣BESSARA (garlicky fava bean dip)
🐄KABAB HALLA (tender beef stew)
🥪HAWAWSHI (ground beef with great spices)
🐔MACARONA BECHAMEL + PANNE (pasta with chicken)
🧅OXTAIL W/CARAMELIZED ONIONS (my favorite, so rich and full of flavor)
🍅FATTAH AKKAWI and more!
