Our goal was to bring one of the best things from Baja to the greater Los Angeles area; the famous Ensenada fish taco, that's how our business came about. The plan was to reach out to different communities with our tasty family recipe and farmer's markets were a great opportunity.
Our first location was at the Encino farmer's market on Sunday, and Sherman Oaks on Tuesday evening. We now have added Pershing Square (downtown LA), Century City, Uptown Whittier, BOA farmer's market (downtown LA) and Brentwood. We have been considering opening a set location so that our growing
