This is the spot for date night! They have a ton of unique dishes including a fish egg pasta and other classic izakaya dishes. The best way to try it out is to get a huge spread to get a little bit of everything.

Newly opened Japanese izakaya spot! It is such a hidden gem in Avondale Estates. I tried their yakitori and lots of small plates. My personal favorites were the roasted corn tsukemen, chicken wings, pork jowl, and tuna & hamachi sashimi. Will be back again for another date night!

Enso is like a portal to a traditional izakaya in Japan! Enjoy the yakitori here: skewered meats and veggies are dipped in tare and grilled over binchotan charcoal. There’s a number of small dishes, noodles, and rice on the menu too.
