Chef Enrique Olvera opened up a yummy taco shop in Williamsburg, NY.  The tacos are tasty, but not at all what I expected.  The pork comes in a big piece unlike the adobado I’m used to that’s cut from a spit.   The corn husk sundae is amazinggggg.  You order at the self service counter and wait for your name to be called for pick-up.  Then claim a barrel and eat up!
