Nice cafe at the Academy Museum in La Brea. The bakery side is to go only which was a bit disappointing seeing as there is a seating area and it would be nice to have proper plates etc. The restaurant side and bar are fantastic.

Went to the Fannys cafe. It’s not as good as the bar and restaurant side of Fannys which I love. The cafe is takeout only even though they have seats so it’s just a bit annoying that you can’t get a real cup or plate for your food, but the food is tasty.

Surprisingly cool cafe and bar inside the academy museum. Great Oscar’s themed cocktails and nice coffee and food.

A lovely spot for a cocktail, I love their Oscar themed best picture inspired cocktail menu, it always surprises and delights. Service can be slow since this is a popular and busy spot.

Love this bar at the academy museum for film inspired food and drinks. Service can be a bit patchy and they often seem to run out of ingredients for the popular drinks but when you get a good one it is fabulous. Worth popping into whenever you visit one of the nearby museums.
