Have you been to this SF gem? The vibes here are welcoming and very neighborly, whether you are local or not! On the side walk they have a cute parklet area to dine at, and even offer heaters or blankets for the chillier days. Inside, there is  quaint but cozy seating with, my favorite, the chill window area.
