All but two practice mats were used up on Friday at 3 :15 pm.  Gotta come before then. 

The bar also serves two non-alcoholic beers, including a non-alcoholic Sam Adams.

OK, I'll forgive the hard wooden chairs, only because the food is tasty and very reasonably priced.  I had the fried chicken, with mashed potatoes and vegetables.  It was good, and surprisingly light.

A large group was waiting for tee times but very few people this morning on the practice mats.  Good weather and no breeze.  Was feeling good so I went ahead and plowed through two medium size bags of golf balls at $11 each - double the usual exercise regimen.

Chilly at first but really warmed up between 9:15 and 10 am.  Friendly service at the pro shop.  About five spaces left on the practice mats when I arrived.  $11 for a medium bag of balls.  Quiet and tranquil.  Great setting for a good exercise.

Even better weather than yesterday and the practice mats were less packed.  All friendly smiles from the pro shop staff.  $11 for a medium bag of balls.

Nice grounds and polite service at the shop.  Glad we got in for an hour of morning exercise at the range just before the rain set in.  $6 for a small bag of golf balls and $11 for a medium.

Chilly in the morning but with the sun out it didn’t feel cold at all. Comfortable temperature at 18 centigrade but one could still work up a light sweat going through a bag of medium golf balls (50 for $11).  Half of the practice mats were taken at 9 am and nearly all of them were taken by 9:45 am.

Very good American food priced reasonably.  All of your favorites - hamburgers, hot dogs. soup and sandwiches.  Even a few Mexican specialties.  Ample, free parking.  Negative: hard, wooden chairs.

Arrived bright and early at 9 am and the practice mats were only 30% occupied.  Couldn’t tell it was winter by the brightness of the sun.  Wear a hat and shades.  $11 for a medium bag of balls or $18 for a large.

Chilly and dry today but a fair amount of sun this morning.  First time coming to the practice range under such windy conditions.  A few golf bags were blown over and fell down.  But the mats were dry and fewer patrons than usual so lots of space.  $11 for a medium bag of balls (about 50 golf balls).
