## About
We are a Food Truck In L.A. and there are a few things you'll easily find out in any neighborhood: Hotdogs, Burgers, and Tacos. The supply of these types of food are simply never ending. My Business "Fat Boys BBQ" started because I wanted to do something different. Besides making everything we sell, with the exception of the bread, I try to be as hands on as possible throughout the entire experience which is why my team consists of only close friends and family. A few of our customers favorites start with our Pull Pork Sandwiches, made with hand buttered tender bread and Pull Pork that is smoked for 23hours. Additionally, it has hand slice and seasoned onion rings and coleslaw with our signature and personally homemade BBQ sauce. Our brisket, similar to our Pull Pork, is smoked for 23hours. Lastly, our Loaded Waffle Fries contain cheese sauce, chives, Pull Pork, and our BBQ sauce. Overall, all this Smoked BBQ will have you coming back for more.
