Back in US after 2months summer break! I was craving for some traditional brunch so I ordered chili verde omelet! I love it! It was very tasty! They get very busy on weekends so come as early as possible… maybe before 9:30? 
Only con about this place is they charge extra 3% for using credit card. Otherwise, it was great!

This cozy diner is located in the beautiful Scripps Ranch and is serving the classics. Their menu is huge and the dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients. 🌱 Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! 

What I tried:

🥞🍳🍊 Find the BEST home style food in TOWN! The only bummer is that my stomach did not allow me to eat the other half of the menu, so I will definitely be back! 😅

Chef Josh named this gem after his mother and takes such pride in their recipes, you can truly taste the quality in every bite! What I love is they don’t just have your classic diner favorites – the menu is much more elevated and complex than that 🤍
