If you haven’t been there by now, Felix’s BBQ with Soul in Oceanside, Ca has some of the best southern food in the county.
It’s typical for me to drop by and get a pick up an order of their collard greens and cornbread. I will enjoy them with my homemade dinners or leftovers.

Their greens are so good, and I recently found out that they contain no pork! 
Makes me feel even better when eating them!

I’m from Alabama and I haven’t been able to find good bbq since I moved to California 4+ years ago. Until today. Apparently Felix is from Alabama based on the menu and the “Alabama chicken” I am so happy I found this spot! Finally good sweet tea and home cooked southern bbq! Yay!
