I recently visited FiRE + iCE, the brand-new restaurant at the very end of Pier 39—and it’s a total showstopper! With sweeping waterfront views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, sailboats gliding by, and tourists watching sea lions below, it’s prime people-watching in San Francisco.

All the ingredients are laid out on ice, fresh and ready for you to build your own bowl. Pick your proteins, veggies, noodles, sauces-- then hand it off to the chefs who throw it on a massive steel grill!
