Fire It Up is keepin' it real with a TacoFusion experience combined with a high-energy environment. Our focus is on quality, including, grass fed beef, Berkshire Pork, organic chicken and organic produce locally sourced whenever possible. We truly believe that each person's well-being can be improved through clean food and fun!

Just a few favorites repeatedly ordered from our customers include the Shrimp Wontons, Guacamole, Gringo Tacos, BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos, Shrimp Tacos, Steak Tacos and you cant leave without topping it off with our homemade mini brownie chimichangas!

Our beverages include a Homemade Lemonade, locally sourced Filberts Old Time Soda, tea (original and sweet), Homemade Sangria, Margaritas made from locally sourced Blue Agave Spirit and local Craft Beers.
