Recently tried this newly opened wood-fired BBQ spot in Duluth, and I was really impressed! The Beef Galbi Jjim was amazing, it was soaked in a savory broth with radish, carrots, and tteok, and the torched cheese on top was the perfect touch. The F&S Beef Back Rib and Gochujang Honey Ribs are both smoky, tender, and perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy. The side dishes are just as impressive, I really like the Sotteok Skewers and the Budae Baked Beans! Highly recommend this spot!

Chef Jonathan is making some amazing BBQ here! The galbi grilled over wood are smokey and delicious, I can’t stop thinking about it! The galbijim is a comforting dish perfect for sharing with the table.
