I popped in today on their opening day and wow! The freshness of the ingredients truly shines. I tried the Grilled Steak Bowl ($26) featuring perfectly cooked charcoal-grilled Country Natural Hangar Steak, complemented by a nutty sprouted whole grain mix and vibrant grilled Swiss chard. The blistered Munak Farms Sungold tomatoes added a burst of sweetness, while the lacto-corn relish and charred eggplant brought a nice tang and depth.

Next, Pitman Farms Chicken Salad ($9) was extraordinary!
