I fell in love with BBQ at a young age. Being from the deep south of Mississippi, BBQ was a way of life for our family. I can definitely say I was my moms Sous Chef before I knew what a Sous Chef actually did. I just want to share some really good BBQ and make a few great relationships along the way.
