So glad I stopped by Fried Egg I’m in Love while in Portland. This food truck is whipping up some incredible fried egg sandwiches! Flavors you can not only see but taste in every bite. This place made me feel so welcome as a person that really isn’t into pronouns. It also gave me the best breakfast sandwich and the most comforting breakfast I’ve had in a very long time!
