If you’re searching for the best dumplings in San Francisco’s Chinatown, Fusion Dumplings is a must-visit! 
Highlights include the dramatic pour-over Crab Lo Mein with floating chopsticks,, crispy-bottomed pan-fried pork soup bao, and yes, even chocolate dumplings for dessert.
Even better, Fusion Dumplings just dropped new menu items like crispy brussels sprouts, tender A4 wagyu cubes, halibut, and the juicy Happy Family dumplings—made with squid ink wrappers for a bold twist.

Looking for new spot to enjoy in SF’s Chinatown? At this cute restaurant they have a great menu of Chinese dishes with a twist! You’ll find freshly made dumplings and baos with different fillings like corn cheese, wagyu, truffle, peking duck, and even Ghiradelli Chocolate. They also have a fun self lifted, noodle pull crab noodles which is both yummy and picture worthy. Definitely stop by and check them out along Restaurant Row!

Fusion Dumpling, located in Chinatown, had great fusion flavors and quick service. They served up great food and big portions for sharing. While on the pricier side compared to other Chinatown restaurants, it is definitely worth a visit!

This spot is serving fun chinese fusion from an award winning chef! Their dishes have unique and beautiful presentation while still maintaining amazing flavors. Everything is made fresh, and you can see them handmaking dumplings in the front window while the chef is firing up the wok in the back. If you’re in the SF Chinatown area (especially with LNY coming up) you’ve gotta stop by for a great meal!
