New siu lap (roast meat) restaurant on Staten Island! Came around first week of opening and it was a bit chaotic. The meats also left more to be desired :( Chicken was a bit too raw for my liking and was not chopped well which made it hard to eat around the bone which was bloody. The roast pork was also a lil lean. I would give them grace since they just opened and would give them another try, maybe try some of their other food next time. #FlashDashWeek1
