BUILD-YOUR-OWN-ENCHILADAS is a thing & you can get them filled with different meats and also different sauces red or green. 

I do the red and green sauce which they call it, “Christmas Sauce” with short rib 🤤 this was one of my favorite places to go to when I lived in the area. Still #1 for me!
