Established in 2019.
From our founder: In 2016, while traveling through South Korea on a 3-week solo trip, I was in awe of nature's beauty as well as the countless options for quick, easy, and portable foods. I literally had many mountains to climb and sights to see and having these grab-and-go meals were essential in being able to keep moving while managing my hanger.⁣

I knew I wanted to provide people like me—working professionals and/or those with active lifestyles—similar options but with clean, whole ingredients. It's been a labor of love: years to transform an inspiration into a plan and a plan into rolls that have never forgotten their roots.
