We stopped into @gattaradenver last week for this LEGENDARY Sherry and Port Braised #ShortRib... perfectly cooked! #saltedcaramel on the #Icecream cookie sandwich was bomb (duh). Really appreciated the char on the #eggplant. The #grilledoctopus also had the perfect amount of char; it's so hard to find good #octopus dish texture. Gattara nailed it!
