Gibbet Hill is such a cute, rustic restaurant! It was always pretty busy so I recommend making a reservation! We got the halloumi cheese, salmon, pot pie, and apple crisp! The chicken pot pie and apple crisp were definitely the best comfort foods! The crust was so flaky and the apple crisp wasn't too sweet. Also love that it's farm to table!
