A new Irish pub on the main green of Wyoming village that does pub classics and a solid brunch. My partner and I went in for a Saturday morning, enjoyed a mimosa flight, order of biscuits and gravy (my comfort food of choice) and I attempted some sort of balance with a side salad. Very tasty for a pub. #FlashDasgWeek1

I love a nice fall brunch with Chris cool but not cold weather, hearty warm food, and filling servings. Gilligan's comes through for the food for sure, and I was lucky enough on a recent Sunday to join my partner for a delicious brunch service. She got a fried egg with cheesy grits, I got a giant chicken biscuit with a nice sized salad. Fresh, hearty, delicious food outside in a cool wind. Perfection.
