Check out the crazy mechanism behind the takoyaki at this awesome street Food restaurant! they have a machine that vibrates the food at a certain frequency which causes the spheres to roll perfectly, causing the crust to be extremely crunchy. seriously one of the coolest places I’ve been! #japanese #takoyaki #streetfood #snack #seafood

I have officially tried the best takoyaki in Southern California - in my opinion! they have an amazing machine that vibrates to allow the takoyaki to cook fully on every side of us here and I can say it is the crispiest takoyaki I have ever had. The inside is fresh and gooey and there are a bunch of different flavors you can choose from today. I tried the green onion and it was light and delicious.
