Introducing @ginger.scallion!! It’s the comfiest comfort food around! If you love chicken & rice, you are guaranteed to love this Hainanese spot.🍗🍚

We had the chance to get a behind the scenes tour of the kitchen & it did not disappoint. Seeing how they sear the shishito peppers, turn cucumbers into art, and cut the chicken into perfect slices was a unique experience. It was a true kitchen to plate experience!

This spot is known for their Hainanese Chicken but I tried their Tofu Rice Bowl with Mushrooms and it was better than what I expected! Their Matcha Tiramisu is a must try
