Check out Glazed coffee. A wonderful munch spot with teas and snacks. I get their jalepeno Beach Bombs. It’s sausage, egg, cheese and jalepenos encased in a sweet brioche bun! Yum!

My old roommate and I decided to try this coffee/ice cream place in PB and it was amazing!! We optedfor coffee as it was a bit gloomy out but I will definitely be back to try their ice cream! ( especially the affogato)

convenient local beach spot with many drink options, come and hot . I enjoyed my caramel milk shake. the chai tea could have been sweater with a stronger chai flavor, tasted a bit synthetic.
