My neighborhood frozen yogurt place.  Try the Old Fashooned Vanilla flavor.  The regular size is generous, and should be good for most people.  I like the Snickers topping, but, occasionally, I'll go for the fresh strawberry, strawberry sauce, or almonds topping.  Make sure to get your discount card stamped, which gives you a free regular yogurt after 8 visits.

Well, what can I say?  Yes, far fewer calories than ice cream.  Taste, for me, is comparable.  Try the vanilla.  The cookies and cream is almost as good.  There are several nice accompaniments available including snickers, heath bar, almonds, and strawberry, but don't overdo it, one topping is enough.
